- IF YOU PURCHASE AN EVAPORATIVE COOLING WALL AND AN AUTOMATIC VENT, you will need a large fan to place in the vent for your ventilhation fans due to the wall that your fans normally go on being taken up by the evaporative cooling system.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- No refunds after 60 days.
- Engineering fees and credit card fees are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on the card company).
